A heavy duty commercial rig, designed and engineered to cope with lifting big weights with ease.

Typical of all Kappel rigs, the body remains slim-line at only 160mm. All components are protected behind the
stainless steel covers, with only the necessary switches and gauges exposed.

Four load bearing extension arms can be configured as required to accommodate any glass shape. While the two
central cups remain constant, the four outer cups can be turned off and one as required. Quick release hose ends
and pins allow for fast attachment/removal of extension arms.

Roller bearings are included in the slew ring to assist in rotation of heavy glass, while hydraulic tilt is standard and
capable of locking rig at any desired tilt angle. This is a great advantage for sloped canopy glazing.

Supplied standard with a “dual loop” vacuum design, there is a full redundancy system on standby in the unlikely
event of failure in the primary vacuum system.

The dual vacuum gauges display current vacuum pressure for both circuits. Optical and audible warning signals are
standard, as is a clearly visible volt meter. The 12volt charging system is onboard and operates from any 240volt
power source.
